Description and Requirements
This role is responsible for leading a project team including managing resources and contract manufacturers, managing projects in delivering projects on time, within budget. The overall performance responsibility is for managing project scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables, which include planning, status tracking, change control, and risk management.
Responsibilities
• Serve as primary point of contact to negotiate scope, schedule, cost, risks, and prepare RFQ
• Ensure cross functional core teams fulfill SOW commitments across all applicable functions
• Manage technical data repository (BOM, gerber, schematics, PCB stackup, etc.)
• Track ECAT build progress, review BOM sourcing, report status and make necessary corrections to achieve program goals
• Manage major risks and issues through effective contingency plans and proper escalation
Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of project management experience (or Master’s degree and 5-7 years of experience).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Priority setting skills
• Comfortable with writing and communicating clear and concise information to team, management, and customers
Preferred Requirements
• Prior experience working with global development teams
• Project Management Professional (PMP) ® certification
• Experience in managing and delivering Agile project
• Knowledge of industry standards in PCB design, including DFT/ DFM
