The Services EMEA Order Fulfilment team is looking for an EMEA ISG Services Supply Chain Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our team at Lenovo. In this role, you'll be critical member of the ISG Services Support team. You will be responsible for managing the Service Parts Order fulfilment for Lenovo’s largest ISG customers in our Europe Middle East & Africa region. Order fulfilment, supply management, backlog management, problem management and resolution and excellent data mining & reporting, strong Microsoft Office skills, written & verbal communication skills are critical, including English fluency as well as relevant experience in supply chain and order fulfilment and planning.
What else is waiting for you in this role?
• Manage fulfilment of customer orders e2e, from creation to Proof of Delivery(POD)
• Manage order fulfilment within customer’s Service Level Agreement(SLA).
• Perform Backlog management, minimize customer backlog and avoid aging backlog.
• Customer and internal Escalation Management.
• Support Parts Escalation Desk(PED).
• Planned Ship Date(PSD) management: pull-in replenishment, rebalance supply, direct ship, supply escalation.
• Planned Delivery Level(PDL) management: track shipments, collaborate with logistics team, internal & external escalation.
• Identify projected shortages and collaborate with the planning team to avoid shortages and inform account operations team to reduce customer impact.
• Daily performance report to Service Support team & WW Services Supply Chain(SSC)
• Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting based on historical demand and install base.
• Analyse geo supply and demand, minimum stock, low usage, demand spikes, reporting to planning team.
• Report creation merging data from various sources, extracting, validating, and controlling data.
• Reporting backlog trends and actions for continuous improvement to reduce and avoid backlog.
• Reporting to management, the KPIs associated with Fulfillment & Planning.
• Develop and implement new processes as needed to support the growing requirements of the business.
Position Requirements:
• 3+ years directly related experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent communication - Verbal, Written, English fluent.
• Relevant work experience in supply chain, order fulfilment, planning.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills – highly adept with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Customer focused for both internal and external customers.
• Proven ability to manage detail-oriented tasks with exceptional levels of quality.
• Ability to successfully balance multiple simultaneous demands & self-adjust to meet quick shifting priorities.
• Project management skills and experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment in which infrastructure and processes may not be fully defined.
