Description and Requirements

■Roles and responsibilities

  • 次世代のチップセットの仕様を理解し基本設計およびプロトタイプモデルの作成を行う
  • 技術仕様書に基づき、ハードウエアの詳細設計(回路図・レイアウト・配線)を行なう
  • 単体テストの実施、または社外開発パートナーへの指示を行なう
  • チップサプライヤと協業し、問題のデバッグおよび修正を行なう
  • ThinkPadのソフトウエア開発チームと協業し、パフォーマンス・消費電力管理の最適化を行う
  • 製品品質保証、製品技術部門とコミュニケーションをとり、問題状況の把握・報告、問題修正に関する交渉を行なう
  • 海外のThinkPad開発チームやレノボ社外の開発パートナーと協業し、ThinkPadの開発業務をサポートする
  • プロジェクトマネジャー・ピープルマネジャーに対して、開発状況の報告を行なう

■Requirements:

  • Must Have – essential

    • チップセット、IC、サブシステム等の英語の仕様書を読んで理解できる
    • 電子回路図・PCB レイアウトを理解できる
    • ミーティングで積極的に発言でき・メール・電話でのコミュニケーションを問題なく行える論理的なコミュニケーション能力
    • 母国語が日本語以外の応募者は、日本語での意思疎通能力（参考：日本語能力試験N2以上）

  • Good to have - desirablel

    • PC・タブレット・デジタル家電など、電子機器の電気設計・開発の経験３年以上
    • Intel CPU/Chipset やNVIDIA/AMD GPU のハードウエア設計に関しての知識と実務経験
    • USB/Thunderbolt/PCIe/SATAなどの高速バスアーキテクチャ (電気的な規格・バスプロトコル)に関しての知識と実務経験
    • 海外サプライヤとのメールや会議において技術的議論を行える英語でのコミュニケーション能力（参考：TOEIC６００点以上）
