No matter what team you’re a part of, joining us you can create real impact. You will be member of the Finance Transformation team reporting to the Head of LBS Operation and Finance Transformation.
These are your detailed responsibilities:
• As PMO leading multi-disciplinary project teams with provide a broad range of solutions and capabilities including operational improvement, profitability management, finance function activities and business integration
• Work collaboratively with cross-domain counterpart to develop detailed work plans, deliver status, meet deadlines, meet or exceed quality standards
• Interact with key business stakeholders globally, including senior leadership, which involves negotiating or influencing on high-impact decisions
• Understand business needs and drive strategy initiatives to address CFO/COO and senior executive imperatives
• Focus on all finance enablers and improve intelligent finance systems to ensure an adequate fit with finance processes and strategy
• Develop and deliver presentations to audiences ranging from business line stakeholders to executives
• Manage the value tracking on global transformation projects as well as conduct the change management
• Align with business on the process changes to optimizing end-to-end finance processes for worldwide standardization, supporting new system implementation and supporting change management initiatives
Position Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related subjects required; Master’s degree preferred
• 6 years or more of experience in one or more: Consulting and experience, implementing regional finance project operations or business process transformation in Record to Report, Procure to Pay, or Order to Cash and/or project management
• PMP, CPA, CMA or CFA equivalent is plus
• SAP, SFDC, Qlik, Power BI, Anaplan
• Strong project management experience to lead multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic region/global environments under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Solutions-driven, and possess strong problem skills and business acumen to guide transformation with the needs of the business in mind
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with peers and senior leaders locally and on a remote basis
• Exceptional ability in influencing change, drive results through efficient and practical execute approach

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 3700 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part of your annual earnings
