Description and Requirements


We are looking for a Channel Services Program Manager for our Partner Sold, Partner Delivered Program. This position sits within Lenovo’s Solutions and Services Group, worldwide Channel and Small Business (SMB) team – which includes Lenovo’s Personal Computer, Smart Devices, and Infrastructure products. 

In this role, you will be responsible for working with in-geography teams and business operations on driving strategy and execution around our Core Support Offerings and Initiatives (Configuration Services, Deployment/Recovery Services & Smart Vertical/Horizontal Solutions). This strategy includes but is not limited to understanding programs and enablement necessary to grow our Growth and Capability business within our worldwide channel sales organization. 

This position will work with stakeholders supporting the Support Services products development teams and Service Delivery organizations, such as Sales, Service Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Business Transformation, IT, and the Channel team in Geos. 

Main Responsibilities

·       Driving the "Partner Sold Partner Delivered" sales program at the Global level by ensuring cross-program alignment, maintaining the program roadmap for future enhancements, and supporting Sales/Delivery teams in discussions with Partners 

·       Support design of Channel co-delivery Partner Sold Partner Delivered Program 

·       Provide governance and WW design principles for partner selection, onboarding, and performance   

·       Interlock with the Digital Transformation team and Geo Services teams for system enablement of program rollout   

·       Define with Geos Services Delivery component of channel programs 

·       Be the subject matter expert (SME) to have an end-to-end view of “Partner Sold Partner Delivered” Program (PSPD) 

·       Creating a Channel (Route to Market) Business Plan and Roadmap for new services products. 

·       Integrate the PSPD program into Sales & Marketing ecosystem across various GEOs. 

·       Channel Go-To-Market Content Developer (Channel playbooks, Battlecards, …) 

Basic Qualifications:

·       10+ years of experience in consulting, sales strategy, business development or program management in a mid-to-large scale hi-tech company.

·       Experience developing and driving Support and Services Channel Programs on a Global Scale. Experience in Service Delivery Organizations

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience developing & driving Channel (Route to Market) programs & driving new service product introductions and owning end-to-end services product enablement. 

·       Experience designing and deploying complex global sales structure/model and managing complex global programs for sales engagement in large, multi-national, preferably tech organizations. 

·       Strong judgment, ability to manage through ambiguity and complexity as well as a demonstrated ability to influence without explicit authority are key to success. 

·       Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations. 

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences. 

·       Excellent cross-group collaboration skills. 

·       Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in an ambiguous situation

·       Experience in program management and deep analytic background to assist the enablement of "Partner Sold, Partner Delivered” (PSPD) channel program. 

·       Ability to communicate effectively across multiple business units, as well as across other geographies. 



The base salary range for this position in Colorado, New York City, Nevada and Washington, is $154,000-$199,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commissions. Lenovo's various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com.
