About the Supply Chain Rotational Program:

Lenovo recruits highly motivated graduates from a diverse set of colleges and universities to join our Supply Chain Rotational Program (SCRP) with the intent of developing the future leaders of one of the world’s top Supply Chains. The SCRP has three distinct program tracks, though Participants are not bound to fulfill job roles within a single track:

Ø Supply Chain Management: example roles include Supply Management, Procurement, Demand Planning, and Fulfillment

Ø Engineering: example roles include Manufacturing, Test, Systems, Quality, and New Product Introduction

Ø Data Science: example roles include Data Visualization, Automation & Tool Creation, Data Management & Governance

You Definitely Are:

•Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Operations Research, Engineering, Statistics, Data/Decision Science, Computer Science/Engineering, or related field

•An excellent student who earned at least a 3.2 cumulative GPA

•Experienced through internships and/or previous jobs

•An analytical and critical thinker with a drive for problem-solving

•A motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills

•Someone who works hard to get the job done and can easily adapt to any type of working environment

•Experienced with SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or similar tools (required for Data Science, a Plus for all others)

Timeline:

August-September: Resume Review/1st round interviews and information sessions via Handshake

October: Final Interview Event 

November: Offers sent out
