Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
1.Parts forecast analysis and proactively managing demand/supply for rolling 13 weeks basis. Long term forecast for 26wks. Ensure suppliers’ on time commitment & delivery.
2.Regularly review the PO, schedule and capacity with Tier 1&2 suppliers to meet production demand.
3.Weekly/Daily WW parts shortage, ONS analysis and resolution. Inventory and E&O management.
4.Ensure parts allocation execution at suppliers based on business requirement.
5.Supply Readiness for New Product Introduction and Mass Production.
6.Support team to solve daily critical business issue.
7.Manage and evaluate suppliers performance, quarterly business review.
8.Work with cross-functional team members on decision making for RFQ winner, supplier selection and strategic partner selection. Position
Requirements:
1.2+ year of experiences in supply chain related.
2.Strong analytic skills and communication skills.
3.High degree of problem solving & decision making ability.
4.Fluent in English written & verbal.
5.Working experience in GSM(Global Supply Management)/Buyer is preferable.
6.Semi-conductor industry knowledge is a plus.
