Our business has an exciting opportunity to support our global strategic agenda. As eComm Finance Controller, this person will be part of International Sales Organization HQ Finance team and partner with eComm Biz to manage multi billion dollar eComm P&L.

This is an ideal position for a proactive, confident and self-motivated individual to use their analytical, financial, and communication skills on a global scale to solve problems, deliver proactive and insightful analysis and drive relevant business decisions. The individual should be a self starter with problem solving skills with an ability to design and built efficient processes.

 What You'll Do:

• Analyzing financial information. Actual/forecast variance analysis vs. budget and other dimensions. Mix and cause of change analyses
• Conducting timely and relevant business analytics
• Coordinating and conducting business performance reviews; contribute with financial insights to improve business performance and efficiency
• Creating presentations on financial and operational performance for periodic reviews with Senior executives
• Coordinate, drive and deploy Annual Strategic Plan for eComm Biz
• Standardize Reporting requirements and participate in Digitization/Automation efforts
• Keep the overall expenses in check and coordinate with Expense team on periodic review process
• Partnering will multiple stakeholders including eComm Lead, COO, CMO, eComm Geography leads, GSC, Accounting, Treasury, etc
• Partner with eComm Ops team to understand various operational metrics/KPIs impacting P&L
• Partner with Biz team to drive eComm Strategic Initiatives keeping a close eye on CAPEX

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP & EPM Reporting is mandatory
• 10+ years experience in related finance area or equivalent and work in multi-national/global, matrixed organizations
• Hands-on, positive, pragmatic, flexible and results-driven

• Experience in Accounting and Finance analysis is a plus
• Commerce Graduate with MBA/CPA Preferred
