Description and Requirements
As an HR Admin Trainee, you will be mentored and taught how to support the local Human Resources department. You will learn how to act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners and how to execute administrative activities related to recruitment, pre-employment, on-boarding/off-boarding, and other tasks related to HR policies and procedures while conforming to labor laws.

In this role, you will report to the Sr. HR Manager of Software and Solutions Organization, receiving guidance from the Country HR Partner.
You’ll learn how to:
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g., record sick or maternity leave)
- Revise company policies
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. headcount reports, turnover rates)
- Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues
- Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
- Advise employees on the travel and expense procedures
- Update employee records with new hire information or changes in employment status
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a fair job event)

- Are available 6-8 hours per day
- Are a student or a fresh graduate (Bachelor's studies)
- Have a solid understanding of MS Office
- Have good English skills
- Are oriented towards problem-solving
- Are detail-oriented and highly organized
- Are independent, have structured working methods, and ability to work in a team
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Are open, reliable, and passionate about HR
Highly appreciated:
- Previous work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar roles
