About the Role

The intern will act as a point of contact for all administrative and support processes for the Human Resources area. You will have the opportunity to partner with members of the talent team to assist in producing key program deliverables in support of various functions within the Human Resources department. This person will be located in Mexico City

Responsibilities

Adm Support

  • POs / Gams, invoice posting, and control
  • Autos, new order management, and launch into the system

Talent Acquisition support

  • Source of candidates
  • Trainees Interviews
  • Progress report about the selective process
  • Support with Onboarding, organize welcome kits, and align the logistical process with the new employee

HRP Support

  • Support with KPIs: turnover, hirings, onboarding, exit surveys
  • Presentations to show HR actions

Position Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel skills.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Proactive and organized.
  • An advanced student of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
