The HR Business Partner will support the HR for HR organization. The ideal candidate will deeply engage with Leaders and Managers on strategic and tactical HR initiatives. The selected candidate must be a strategic thinker with experience in Project Management. They must have a proven track-record of building partnerships with all levels of employees and managers. They must be able to successfully lead and implement HR programs across heavily matrixed and global organizations. Strong organizational agility, business acumen, relationship building, and solid execution are the key skills to being successful in this position. Lastly, the candidate will have a heightened focus on customer centricity for the organizations they support.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership for Global HR teams (HRP team or COE team), support HR team for the org design, talent acquiring, developing, retention, and budget management etc.
- Be responsible for key initiatives of HR for HR
- HR Council leadership to bridge COEs and HRPs together
- HR all hands involvement to bring global HR together through design and deliver meetings within the team
- HR Campus hiring outside of China
- HR for HR focal in US that will be responsible for HR engagement in local, HR Employee relations etc.
Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to practice discretion and maintain confidentiality at the highest levels
- Ability to work across geographies and organizations
- HR Business Partner experience partnering with leaders, managers, and stake holders within a complex matrixed environment
- Track record of credible transformation-centric business partnership and change leadership
- Effective pacing, prioritization and sequencing of work
- Intuitive, conceptual, systems-focused thinker
- Data-oriented for decision-making
Preferred Qualifications:
- Global experience would be helpful
- Bachelor’s Degree
