Description and Requirements

This position is a hybrid role and requires weekly work from our Morrisville campus as well as home. Currently we are considering candidates who live in the Raleigh, NC areas.

What You'll Do:

  • Structural and Organizational Design: Contribute to the business strategy by helping the business leaders identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
  • HR program management for the supporting organization and HR leader in an efficient and smooth way (ideation to implementation)
  • Strategic HR workforce planning and analytical skills
  • Talent assessment and analytics
  • Change Management focused on shifts to culture, leadership and management requirements
  • Performance Management, Career Development, Total Compensation and Rewards, and Talent Reviews
  • Support US site HR leaders to execute the daily HR program in an efficient and smooth way
  • Identify and drive HR solutions aligned to business strategy and request
  • Effective pacing, prioritization and sequencing of work
  • Partners collaboratively with HR COEs (Talent, Total Rewards, Organizational Capability and HR support structure)

Position Requirements

Basic Requirements:  

  • 7 + years of HR Business Partner experience partnering with leaders, managers and stake holders within a complex matrixes environment
  • Strong project management skills (ideation to implementation) required
  • Strong business acumen
  • Track record of credible transformation-centric business partnership and change leadership
  • Demonstrated success in establishing business relationships as trusted advisor, providing judgment and expertise

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Flexibility in working in a global environment (early AM and late PM calls)
  • Global experience would be helpful
  • Intuitive, conceptual, systems-focused thinker
  • Data-oriented for decision-making
  • The ability to propose solutions others are reluctant to address, act in the face of resistance in the best interests of the business
  • Willingness influence business leaders individually and collectively
  • Organizational navigation and people sense
