Description and Requirements


We are currently looking for an HR Specialist to support our local team responsible for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The position is an ideal start for graduates or someone with a few years of experience in Human Resources. The position results from a series of internal development opportunities of our HR colleagues. For the moment, the contract is limited to 15 months.


Your responsibilities:

  • Contact and go-to-person for employees and managers for any HR related questions
  • Operational support for a small team of HR Business Partners
  • Recruiting for selected positions in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team in Bratislava
  • Management of our local student programs
  • Management of various elements of the employee life cycle like contract creation, preparation for works council hearings, onboarding, exit management, etc.
  • Responsible for HC reporting and other reporting needs
  • Participation in project work, such as employer branding, talent acquisition or talent development
  • Close interaction with other HR functions like Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, our HR Service Centre and the EMEA HR team

Position Requirements:

  • You like to make a difference in your day-to-day work and are passionate about what you do.
  • You have strong communication skills and are a superb team player.
  • You are solutions and service oriented as well as flexible.
  • You are used to working independently and are very strong in structuring your work to manage a variety of tasks.
  • You have strong German and English skills, both in speaking and writing. Communicating in English will be part of your day-to-day job.
  • MS Office as well as HR tools like Workday are well known to you.
  • You have completed a vocational training with specialization in HR or hold a university degree in business administration or similar. Working experience in HR is a plus.
