Description and Requirements

1.Review thermal related test report and issues and evaluate solution
2.Define/Optimize thermal related test standard 
3.Work with cross team to create test criteria for new form factors and innovation feature and new key parts
4.Research industry leading technology and apply on notebook products for testing efficiency
5.Design risk assessment in early product development phase
