Description and Requirements
Responsibilities include:
- Work closely with Service Center line manager to build capabilities, plan and manage talent, and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives.
- In addition to people management responsibilities, contributes to the HR department in planning and budget. Interacts with, Sr Manager, Cross functions managers.
- Provide advice & counsel on organization and people issues, based on an understanding of client’s strategy, objectives, and priorities.
- Support program communication and deployment efforts within client organization. Plan and Develop HR country Activities. Provide program deployment support.
- Partner with international HR team to support business unit initiatives
- HR focal point to address questions regarding development programs, process (Performance, labor regulations/law; Talent Acquisition, Payroll Compensation & Benefits know how)
