Description and Requirements

  • List of responsibilities:
  • Partner across global cross-functional teams to collect inputs, validate assumptions and communicate the business case review timeline
  • Support investment planning, project performance tracking, and ROI measurement
  • Provide timely, objective, data-driven P&L modeling representing the proposed project
  • Responsible for business control according to internal rules and procedures,
  • Maintain datasets in Anaplan and Power BI-based tools
  • Deliver process improvement recommendations through data analysis & drive improvement with key stakeholders.
  • Coordination with respective parties for business case review progression
Basic Requirements:

o Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management
o Experience working as a Finance professional with exceptional finance acumen (full P&L) and a proven ability to collaborate across business and other functions; 5+ years 
o Experience working in a multicultural, multinational environment; 5 years preferred
o Experience with building business cases for investments for a full P&L and measuring the ROI
o Excellent communication skills (oral and written) are an advantage in English and any other language.
o Experience with creating & delivering PowerPoint presentations to senior management
o Able to work flexible hours to allow global cooperation
o Must be able to deliver results and committed to the success
o Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously
o Work independently with attention to detail to create objective financial assessments 
o Passion to develop industry knowledge; willing to learn new tools
o A demonstrated ability and continuing desire to work under pressure and aggressively attack tight deadlines.
o Superior Microsoft Office Suite Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
o Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI a plus
