Description and Requirements

At Lenovo, we strive to put more innovation in the hands of more people so they can do more amazing things. We are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to join our Inside Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Sales Team.

This role is going to report to APJ Inside Sales Director based in Malaysia supporting APJ countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, India, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan and more.

Position Description:

1. Responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full Lenovo ISG Product Portfolio (including including Server, Storage, SDI, Networking, Software, DataCenter Solutions & Services), and selling against the competition.

2. Consistently to perform both detailed ISG related Data Center solution presentations and demonstrations via phone, computer, or a combination of both (Webex, TEAM, Zoom etc) with customers.

3. Configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone.

4. Leads sales and customer relationship on Named accounts (defined Sales territory) for ISG products & services.

5. Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast, opportunity management (discovery, progression, conversion) in line with Sales Plans.

6. Effectively partners with Alliance Partners and subject matter Experts in a way that brings energy and focus to simplify sales execution and move the business forward.  

7. Collaborate with Partner ecosystem to ensure sales execution (on Sales territory) in alignment with Partner Ecosystem rules and definitions (driving own Sales territory & strategy in line with sales plans).

8. Support and co-ordinate post-sales activities as appropriate for Customer Experience.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales activities are successfully on execution.

Position Requirements:

1. Ability to learn and present DataCenter Solution portfolio. Experience in a fast-paced, high-velocity technical organization.

2. Passion and understanding of the sales process.  Must have the ability to penetrate, acquire, and transition opportunities. High level of interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills   High level of flexibility and self-reliance. Goal-oriented.

3. Sound phone skills. English verbal and written communication skills are required.  Multilingual (Mandarin, Tagalog, Malay, Japanese, Korea) will be advantage.  We welcome international candidates who interested in working in Malaysia.

4. With Computer Science and Business background is a plus.
