Description and Requirements

Support Finance Operation Excellence Manager & internal Finance Business Partners/Managers at operation / process / projects to solidarize end to end OTC operation capability, and keep driving process streamlining, and operation excellence through Finance analytics and projects.
Experience and Qualifications: 

·     Minimum Bachelor Degree (Master is preferred), majored in Finance related, good basic knowledge of accounting /finance process

·     Excellent Japanese in both speaking and writing, and fluent English in both speaking and writing

·     Self-motivated, passionate and energetic; willing to accept challenging task

·     Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;

·     Strong Finance reporting / analytics skills preferred.
