Qualification: Graduate
*Primarily selling Service Renewals and other Services in a defined territory.
* Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities
* Managing the partners and existing customer for Sri Lanka and Pan India regions for successful closure of services Sales deal.
* Developing new customer accounts and managing end to end solutions for existing and new customers of Lenovo -SMB Market.
* Professional Services, Maintenance and Operational Services
* Manage maintenance renewals with a focus on profitable multi‐year agreements, clearly defined deliverable, and a price book to capture upgrade related revenue for Sri Lanka and Pan
* Align service proposals to specific customer requirements Close working relationship with sales and the services teams, specifically the Service Engagement Managers and consulting teams.
* Creating proposals and sharing it to customers and partners and actively engage and negotiate and close the deal.
* Processing the order with the help of internal tools and update the deal status.
* Ensure new opportunities have the appropriate maintenance value proposition and multi‐year agreements with clearly defined deliverable and price book for future growth.
* Focusing on maintenance and maintenance attach, driving attach programs with BPs,
* Develop opportunity specific “Service Solutions “to address non‐standard engagement models, such as Service Provider or Systems Integrator led sales engagements
