  • Video Conference Equipment support Digital Workplace (must)
    • Digital Video Conference Equipment
    • IP Managed Devices
  • Microsoft Teams support (must)
    • Video Conference Microsoft Teams
    • Error troubleshooting on Microsoft Teams
    • Engagement of Microsoft support
  • English upper intermediate skills 50% oral and written.
  • Onsite Operations performance, no remote assistance (home office) required.
  • Computer Sciences degree or related.
