Job description
1. Responsible for the project management of SAP project for customers, including business requirement research, requirement analysis, communication management, plan schedule management, scope management, change risk management, quality management, and emergency handling to ensure the project delivery on time.
2. Responsible for the development and preparation of SAP related industry project proposals, bid documents, work plans, project process documentation, etc.
3. Responsible for pre-sales customer communication, solution reporting and related project management support
4. Ability to travel about 40% of the time.
Job requirements
3 year or more project management experience, familiar with SAP Excellent documentation skills, including PPT design, project word document preparation, etc. Strong learning ability, with strong logical thinking ability and sense of purpose, with a sense of proactive customer service. Strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and coordinate to deal with the project implementation of the parties involved at all levels of relationship and satisfaction Strong stress tolerance, able to adapt to a multi-tasking, demanding, flexible and professional work environment. English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills Understanding of SAP Basis related knowledge and SAP system architecture preferred SAP project experience preferred Excellent PPT and Doc skills preferred PMP certification preferred
