Description and Requirements

工作职责：

1. 负责优化CMS产品后端技术架构，基于产品定位以及市场情况，制定产品竞争力规划和发展路线图；助力客制化电商平台建设。

2. 基于产品竞争力规划，构建产品体系化能力，编写需求文档，协同研发团队实施产品落地；

3. 负责重点客户项目的需求分析，技术/业务架构和产品支持，确保项目顺利完整的成功交付。

4. 培养和帮助初级架构师快速成长。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，8年以上研发工作经验，至少3年架构师经验。

2、掌握DDD设计模式，具备较强的业务抽象能力，具备良好的面向对象的设计能力，熟悉常见设计模式；

3. 精通微服务框架、分布式缓存、消息、负载均衡等机制和实现。

4，设计过高并发系统

5. 精通主流中间件技术（日志、监控、缓存、消息、任务、rpc、orm，sso，acl等）的实现原理并具备丰富的实践经验。

6. 熟悉容器技术基础知识并具备实际的项目实践经验。

7. 具有良好的外部沟通能力，以及团队内部工作协调能力。

8. 有aPaaS相关设计开发经验者优先
