Description and Requirements

1、负责管理设备发现及自动配对的技术管理；

2、负责跟踪业界等前沿技术的发展；

3、负责制定通讯子领域的技术发展Roadmap、针对关键技术领域制定技术方案和进行架构设计。重点技术领域：短距通讯协议（Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/UWB）；

4、负责通讯协议的方案设计和优化；

5、负责领导和完成相关原型系统的设计开发和关键技术验证。

岗位要求：

1、211/985/国内外知名院校；计算机科学、信息科学、电子工程等相关专业统招硕士以上学历；

2、通讯行业的工作背景；

3、精通多种通讯协议，在以下领域（Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/UWB/JSCC）有特长；

4、有完整的WebRTC相关的产品设计和方案实施的经验；

5、熟悉Android OS操作系统、精通Android OS Native & HAL开发；

6、熟悉主流移动端SoC 芯片的通讯功能相关Firmware开发；

7、15年以上的软件开发经验、10年以上相关技术领域的开发经验、至少10年C/C++开发经验，10w+行有效代码，熟悉Java / Kotlin；

8、有5年以上的技术团队（团队成员5人以上）管理经验。
