We are looking for a skilled and experienced service engineer that will triage both hardware and software alerts received from monitored enterprise servers. In this role you will work with clients directly on scheduling approved maintenance windows, then perform firmware, driver, and operating system updates remotely.
Position requires both technical and soft skills.
In this position, you will:
- Triage enterprise server hardware and software issues
- Work with clients on agreed maintenance windows
- Perform firmware and driver updates in live client environments
