Description and Requirements

工作职责：
1.结合公司战略，负责BSP团队业务规划，以及相应的产品竞争力的达成；
2.带领团队完成技术领域的项目交付，以及技术方案的规划和落地；

3.组织能力建设以及相应的业务流程体系的建立；
4.负责关键技术选型，带领团队攻克难题，能够帮助团队在各自的领域制定较高的技术目标，组织定期技术交流和培训。
任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，电子、计算机、软件、通讯、数学相关专业；
2.具有8年以上系统底层软件领域开发经验，对软硬件系统都有很好的行业视野和技术敏感度；
3.具有5年以上BSP团队管理经验，在组织能力和流程体系建设上有成熟的管理经验；
4.熟悉Linxu/QNX、HAL层的开发工作，熟悉ARM体系与架构，有一定的硬件基础；
5.思维逻辑清晰，善于沟通协作，能承担责任，具备较强的领导力和学习能力；
6. 有域控制器开发经验者优先。
