Marketing Manager, Global Software Partner Marketing

Your knowledge of SaaS partner marketing across all acquisition and customer channels, brand, and social in a complex and matrixed global environment and your “can do” attitude will drive the success of our software business, helping us meet our revenue goals.
What you’ll do:
With a goal of delivering revenue, you will be developing and driving the marketing strategy for Lenovo’s partner-developed and third-party software solutions. You will:
Ideate, create, develop and deploy highly effective marketing strategy as part of our full funnel software GTM strategy.
Create and manage sales enablement content through multiple platforms to provide seamless messaging across Lenovo’s software products.
Use knowledge of SaaS marketing best practices to be the subject matter expert on the optimal customer journey.
Collaborate closely with customer, product and partner marketing stakeholders and to obtain, clarify, and verify requirements for marketing SaaS products.
Leverage market insights to focus on the key priorities to accelerate regional and country growth
Experience Required
Established acumen in driving business outcomes in a growth environment
Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, including hands-on experience in marketing analytics, and an ability to translate / communicate performance metrics and their significance to stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, execute effectively, work under tight deadline pressure and manage multiple projects, in some cases, across multiple time zones and platforms.
Proven effectiveness in working within a large company to gain commitment and support for projects and initiatives.
Project management experience in a highly independent, but collaborative environment.
Experience working in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment
Route to market analysis and strategy to support growth targets
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years of online marketing experience for SaaS software products/solutions.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, complemented with creative thinking
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to build relationships and to influence others to get results
Persistence and creativity to persevere through obstacles
