Description and Requirements

The Global Product Services Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the Lenovo Services and Solutions Group (SSG) Product Development teams and all SSG and Core Sales teams with relevant marketing and sales enablement assets.

Specifically, the role will focus on:

  • Developing marketing, communications, and sales enablement assets and programs for Lenovo Solutions & Services Group, focusing on the Support and Protection Services Portfolio for Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions.
  • Collaboration with functional teams including global marketing, product, design, user experience, corporate and regional marketing teams as well as external partners to align and implement marketing strategy
  • Management of external agency partners and collaboration with regional and local marketing teams to create the marketing content needed to support the rapidly growing business

Position Requirements:

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+  years of experience in marketing in either in-house and agency roles, preferably in the technology sector
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to summarize details quickly and sell ideas through presentation decks

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a global company / reaching global audiences
  • Experience with a wide range of marketing disciplines, and understanding of how to leverage paid, earned, owned and shared channels
  • Ability to understand complex solutions and translate them into relevant and engaging messages
  • Strong attention to detail, results-oriented, with extensive experience in successful marketing and sales enablement projects
  • Strong organizational, project management, written and verbal communication skills, including experience with senior leadership
  • Resourcefulness, flexibility, adaptability, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Visual communication skills are a plus

Following the roll out of a voluntary hybrid work schedule for employees in April 2022, Lenovo North America is now transitioning to its next phase of hybrid work with a new 3:2 model effective the week of October 31. The new model means that employees will collaborate and work together for at least three days a week in-office with the flexibility option of working up to two days a week remotely.
