Description and Requirements

Seeking a self-motivated, highly organized individual to support the FGI Inventory process within the NA PCSD Supply Chain Organization. This role is responsible for managing and reporting the E2E FGI inventory as well as coordinating cross-functionally with multiple teams to drive consumption plans for total and aged FGI as well as meeting financial targets. The incumbent will work with various organizations including finance, segments leaders, US and Canada DCs, sales, and supply chain to minimize inventory and E&O impacts. Additional responsibilities include driving roadmap actions across teams, finance reporting, and continuous process optimization. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of technical and organization skills as compilation of reports and accuracy in outlooks are critical to this position. This person must also demonstrate ability to identify improvement opportunities and aggressively drive actions to closure.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Control and Data analysis
  • Drive the Finished Goods Inventory to meet the Budget/Target
  • Drive the Finished Goods E&O to meet the Budget/Target
  • Work with Sales / Business Managers on consumption plans
  • Build deck for weekly PCG Inventory meeting
  • Aged inventory tracking
  • FGI DCs Stock Movement (Canada to US & to Outlet)
  • Yearly returns projection
  • Database maintenance (Brand, family, quickships etc)
  • USFC interface
  • Monthly Financial Forecast review with NA Executives and Finance
  • Focal for all inventory related matters
