Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) is seeking an experienced Marketing, Customer Journey, and Engagement specialist to identify and engage with marketing ready leads resulting from demand generation activities and nurturing those leads to opportunities for sellers in North America.
Responsibilities:
• Perform high volume calling with end-goal of identifying qualified opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, channel, and alliance teams to identify target accounts and cultivate prospecting lists
• Enhance contact and company data of prospective customers within CRM (Dynamics), ensuring information is accurately documented
• Work alongside the Marketing team to identify trending verticals and to conduct data-driven communication with prospects
• Maintain and provide reports on the status of leads and prospecting activities.
• Maintain the collaborative relationship between marketing, inside sales leaders, product management and the sales enablement teams to meet organizational goals.
Requirements:
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure; adapt quickly to change
• Ability to effectively follow standard operating procedures and processes
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years' experience in a sales or lead development role with a track record of success
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience cold calling, and customer engagement (30 – 50 calls, communications per day)
- Knowledge of datacenter technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, cloud and networking (Preferred)
- Experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude, creative thinker, resilient, and driven to provide high-quality customer service Commitment to achieving individual and team performance goals
- Excellent phone presence and experience making phone calls in an open environment
- Proficient in communicating (written & verbal) in English
