What you'll do:

• Create offerings for Hybrid Cloud Services, working closely with Development Leads and Services Marketing to track offering readiness
• Conduct competitive analysis to determine service offering features & pricing strategy, including key processes and resources
• Analyze potential service partner relationships and develop long-term strategic requirements to support assigned services and solutions
• Develop and maintain consistent communication and relationships with key extended teams including regional Sales and Services teams, Services Delivery, Services Marketing and hardware product teams
• Work closely with Services Product Marketing to develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan
• Contribute to Sales Enablement initiatives with training and product presentations
• Work with the Services Marketing team to provide value proposition and offering scope briefing for the production of marketing deliverablesOur market performance is key and you will contribute to reworking offerings that need refreshing and you will provide business cases to enable change
• Set go-to-market launch plans with the PM and ensure we are meeting deployment dates, timeline, onboarding plan in conjunction with Customer Success
• Align roadmaps with other team roadmaps that may intersect to ensure we do not delay deployment when there are dependencies on our team

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-4 years offering development experience with Cloud implementation planning, contract creation, and/or estimating level of efforts required to implement cloud solutions
• Bachelor degree
• 5 years professional, managed or infrastructure services experience
• Depth of knowledge of cloud, hybrid cloud architecture and operations
• Project management and reporting
• Cross team and vendor collaboration
• Able to show value in offerings that enable Sales and generate significant revenue
• Quick responder and diligent process shepherd
• Experience with challenging the norm and convincing others outside your organization
• Ability to keep deadlines and own commitments
• Experience writing, negotiating and processing contracts
• Understanding of business financials, including P&L reporting/management
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Project
• Excellent English, written and verbal skills
