Description and Requirements

Accounting Process

•Manage process oversight and initiate process improvements from strategic point of view
•Interpret accounting policy and distribute to outsource team
•Ensure process flow and DTP documents update
•Payable accounts Reconciliation review
•Support Audit to provide documents accurately and timeliness and explanation when necessary
•Risk Management, Scan, track and implement actions to mitigate risk
•Manage escalations, Issue detection and resolution as well as requests from internal team
•Support reports , analysis and dashboard as needed from executives and business team with consistence and short turnaround time.

Project support

•Project Initiation/Support for new business scenario, and process enhancement as of efficiency, standardization and compliance & control.
•Support SAP ECC to S4 migration, Cash Management etc. key project as one of key process owner.
•Track and monitor project status in difference phase, report project status with executives.

Manage outsource team Performance

•Manage outsource team’s  SLA through SLA and KPI
•Governance meeting with outsource team to review the operational issues and actions
•Compliance test monthly
•Manage outsource team on transformation projects design, implementation and outcome.
