Description and Requirements

Description:
 1) For PCBA top failures from PCBA factories, system integration factories and customer field returns, drive PCBA quality performance improvement by leading failure analysis with PCBA MFG factories or Development team.
 2) Review Tier 1 FA data from Lenovo supplier OSV FAE and Tier 2 FA data from PCBA factories’ DOA/ RMA repair center, identify key yield detractors, drive further FA for root cause and corrective actions.
 3) Lead FA from customer complaints.
 4) Besides FAE work, need support on PCBA supplier quality management.

Requirements:
 1) About 5 years FAE working experiences on server PCBA failure analysis, Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
 2) Experience with electronic bench-test equipment - oscilloscopes, DC source/measure, etc.
 3) Familiar with server motherboard end to end MFG and test processes.
 4) Good command of English in writing, speaking and listening, good at teamwork, excellent at cross functional team communication.
 5) Work place: Lenovo LSSC, Guangming Shenzhen factory
