Description and Requirements

职位描述:
该职位主要负责量产过程中PCBA的端到端质量管理，主要职责如下:
1. 收集、准备和报告PCBA工厂、系统集成工厂和现场的PCBA质量绩效；
2. 分析PCBA性能数据，找出主要良率影响因素，调查问题，并与PCBA供应商、系统集成工厂和开发团队合作，共同推动性能改进；
3. 管理PCBA工厂的DOA/ RMA维修中心，确保其故障分析、维修和测试流程、EC管理、维修能力、维修周转时间和质量管理体系符合联想或客户的要求；
4. 对于来自内部和外部系统集成工厂和客户现场的质量投诉，领导PCBA工厂的调查，进行根本原因分析，采取遏制措施，如库存分类和返工，可疑PCBA可追溯性，以及闭环纠正和预防措施；
5. 管理PCBA供应商在系统集成工厂建立OSV(On-Site Verification or Supplier Mall)
6. 与联想CQE合作，优化现场服务中心的一级FA能力和RMA流程；
7. 大批量生产中PCBA产品的工程变更管理；
8. 支持PCBA新产品的项目管理。

职位要求:
1. 较强的PCBA质量管理能力，有PCBA RMA维修中心和系统集成工厂工作经验者优先；
2. 熟悉服务器主板端到端制造工艺，如SMT，波峰焊，后端组装和维修工艺等；
3. 熟悉质量体系，iso9000等；
4. 熟悉PCBA新产品项目管理；
5. 良好的英语听说读写能力，善于团队合作，善于跨职能团队沟通。
