Description and Requirements

职位描述:
（1）负责PCBA新产品导入项目的制造工艺确认和可靠度测试，与跨职能团队和客户紧密合作，确保项目成功启动
（2）研究PCBA组装工艺，开发新的组装技术和IC packages
（3）进行新产品导入各阶段的DFM分析
（4）与跨部门团队合作，持续改进流程、质量和效率

职位要求:
（1）熟悉端到端PCBA组装过程：SMT, wave, press-fit, backend assembly & rework processes
（2）拥有1年以上服务器（或其他高复杂性和高可靠度产品）的PCBA制程、失效分析（failure analysis）和可靠度测试经验者优先
（3）熟悉PCBA tooling设计，包括但不限于stencil, reflow & wave carrier, routing, press fit & assembly fixture
（4）具备基本的DFM知识
（5）良好的英语听说读写能力
（6）良好的团队合作能力和沟通能力
