Description and Requirements

Business management ensuring target’s achievement, market share growth and customer satisfaction for Mexico
 - Sales pipeline accuracy: work close to sales managers, identifying past due opportunities, supply availability, migration or any other incomplete information; 
- Work close to the sales leaders identifying urgencies and following up pending resolutions; 
- Lead interaction with internal areas (fulfillment, order entry, logistics, product and finance) in order to provide visibility of priorities and main objectives to guarantee the results, maximize sales opportunities, improve efficiency and speedy to get customer satisfaction. Prepare meeting minutes and act on issues raised; 
- Weekly business management material preparation on time and with quality; 
- Sales territory allocation and management; 
- Support on sales quota definition; 
- Reports implementation and improvement; 
- Processes review and improvement. 
- Interaction with Global and Latin America teams.
 • Experience of at least 3 years in B2B end to end process, nice to have supply planning experience; • Experience in B2B sales administrative processes; • Analytical, organized, detail oriented, committed, proactive and leadership skills; • Excel and power point advanced - If you don’t have excel please do not submit the candidature; • Fluent in English, Portuguese desirable; • SAP, D365 skills desirable.
