[Job Title] Senior Hardware Manager – AD
Reports To: The Senior Hardware Manager will report to R&D Director.
Job Overview: Build and lead Automotive Electronics hardware design, simulation & layout teams to design Autonomous Driving/ADAS/In-Vehicle Infotainment compute projects, from requirement to mass production to achieve both technology and business excellence
Responsibilities and Duties:
List the essential duties required to carry out this job.
Develop Autonomous driving domain controllers or Cockpit domain controllers
Keep the team well organized, well trained and strongly motivated
Continuously build related hardware design, debug & testing skillset according to the business needs
Make sure the team is well organized to provide adequate support to the development activities
Attend design review and provide guidance to EE engineers
Work closely with other department, such as PM/ME/SW/System and validation team
Lead product cost control and cost down, support supplier development
Continuously improve design process, design guideline & templates and delivery file quality
Qualifications:
Automotive/Communication/Smart Phone/Computer electronics design background
10+ years of electrical design experience, and solid experience of Automotive eCockpit or ADAS ECU design
3+ years of hardware team management experience
Proven record of product development from concept to mass production
Good understanding of digital and analog circuits design
Good understanding of high speed signal design and simulation
Good understanding of EMC and thermal design
Strong leadership and take responsibility
Good collaboration and communication skills
Thinking and judge from systematic perspective
Outstanding communication skills in both Chinese & English
