Description and Requirements

Job Description - fix term contract - 8 months

Monitor and assure supply flow, from Hong Kong Hub, to Country Hubs (Argentina, Chile and Peru), to ensure parts availability that enable Service Centers to perform on time service repair.

Work together with local planners to have visibility of critical materials, and lead priority with Hong Kong team, as well as with local Broker, in order to have parts available as needed by the biz.

Coordinate country hub’s receipt process, to guarantee material availability as needed.

Monitor and report, local events related to importation process, that might generate impact on the business.

Work together with cross geography and cross functional teams to meet objectives such as material availability, on time delivery, stock replenishment efficiency, customer satisfaction, and low financial risk due to extra logistics cost, E&O or material constraints.


Required Skills and qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Fulfillment/Service materials environment

• Order creation, importation process, planning & analysis capacity

• Experience with a Vendor operated network of repair centers

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Formulas, vlookup, table pivots and graphing)

• Self-motivated, independent, and organized

• Customer focused

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced dynamic technological environment

• Knowledge of integrated manufacturing systems, MRP/ERP

• Basic knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, receiving, pick/pack operations and

inbound/outbound, return processes

• Fluent English

• High motivation, assertiveness, flexibility, and adaptability to change.
