■Roles and responsibilities

- PA PM is a mission critical position to launch the system product in a timely manner with good enough quality level. It covers end-to-end product quality including User Experiences; project risk management; product phase control; test management by monitoring test progress; test planning/reporting management; process control; manage cross-functional meeting; giving solution recommendation to critical risk items; highlighting critical risks early by reporting.

- Following activities are examples and should be implemented, but activities are not limited to them. Relevant jobs to PA project management asked by local manager should also be implemented.

・Reviewing and giving concur position to Master Validation Plan

・Functional specification review

・Lead EPR preparation for PA portion and Do presentation

・Define Test items for FVT/SIT/SVT

・Compile and Issue Test Plan / Report

・Join Rollcall Prep Review as needed

・Test progress management

・Phase Entry Deviation / Restriction confirmation

・Have Interlock mtg with ODM test team / offshore test team

・Join Wkly engineering mtg

・Issue PA Wkly status report

・Assess PCRs

・Urge the team to resolve issue / concern

・Monitor and drive defect processing

・Limitation review and position taking

・MDRR PA Package Preparation & Presentation for Risk Assessment

・SIT exit HW EC review

・Phase entry / exit declaration (FVT/SIT/SVT)

・GM Preload sign-off review (US/JP)

・Announcement position assessment and prepare letter

・Ship support assessment and position letter preparation

・Managing cross functional QMP meeting

◇Requirements◇

■Must Have – essential

・Project management for more than 3 years

・English: TOEIC score > 600

・PC experience: Windows > 5 years

■Good to have - desirable

・HW or SW development or validation experiences of Personal computer

・Linux, Chrome usage experience
