Description and Requirements



We are currently recruiting for a Senior Program Manager for coordinating and managing process and system projects within the Finance Department at Lenovo Channel Solutions and Services Operations.


Primary responsibilities:

  • Working with the relevant line areas to progress and implement Finance-sponsored projects supporting business needs and requirements.
  • Supporting sales process in designing and customizing offerings to supplier / dealer requirements and / or to meet internal requirements.
  • Leading or participating in projects that are aimed to support new offerings, increase operational effectiveness, improve procedures or enhance controls posture of the Commercial Finance business.
  • Monitoring and tracking delivery of activities against milestones.
  • Drive internal and external suppliers to reach program deliverables on time and as agreed with the client.
  • Acts as a focal point for clients during project execution.
  • Lead productive project meetings with clients and network partners.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks in relation to operations processes as required by Management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as Project Manager / Program Manager
  • Prior experience within the Finance / Banking industry and / or solid knowledge of Commercial Financing business
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting
  • Expert communication skills in English (written and oral)
  • Experience with Financial Processes and Systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, planning & time management skills
  • Results oriented, excellent problem solver
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
  • Attention to details, problem solving skills, strong excel skills, customer service skills
  • Sensitivity to deadlines, ability to work with a remote team
  • Enthusiastic approach to work with the appetite to continually drive improvement.
