Description and Requirements

To support work-life balance while maintaining a culture of engagement and collaboration, this position follows Lenovo’s 3:2 Hybrid Work Model. You will have the option to work up to 2 days remotely and work the remainder of the work week at a Lenovo office or facility

This position will be responsible for the administration of defined expenses related to special projects and plant operations at the US Fulfillment Center located in Whitsett, NC. 

What You'll Do:

  • Monitor expenses versus budget
  • Manage the data inputs for receipts and invoicing that are applicable to the expenses
  • Communicating with the associated suppliers and assisting with the communications necessary to ensure a smooth operation for tasks above both internally and externally
  • Work actively with floor operations to confirm receipts and stock levels if necessary and daily organization for workflow
  • Involved with project planning as well as plant requirements for ongoing operations
  • Support as needed for peak periods

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Expert experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with external suppliers 
  • SAP and Ariba experience preferred
