Description and Requirements
Project Manager
Responsibilities:
1、Project management for PC accessories enablement, to work with system team, cross functions and ODMs on engineering jobs, accomplish the process requirements and delivery the products to market.
2、Delivers engagements within the constraints of schedule, features/functionality, and budget.
3、Manages the scope, communications, works in order to deliver the result on time, on quality.
4、Conduct risk management that enables proactive decisions and actions and create an environment to support it where the project team has visible, measurable, and repeatable processes for managing these risks
5、Maintains the Master Project Plan to include at least: development schedule, test, cert and manufacture schedules.
6、Collects, reviews and publishes project status with regard to resources (people and optionally funding/cost), schedule (time), stakeholder management, and features (the solution and its quality) that influence project performance and completion.
7、Follows the Lenovo IoD/PDx Processes in project delivery
Requirements:
1、Good English skills, could work with word wide teams to complete the jobs
2、Bachelor degree at least.
3、3 years+ project, technical development project related experiences.
4、Clear logic and express fluently, proactive, responsible
