The position is that of a Regional channel Manager based out of A'bad responsible to manage channel distribution business for Gujarat region which is strategically the most important area of West. Incumbent will be expected to manage the entire MBO channel universe of Gujarat with the help of a team of ASO and would be responsible to deliver desired Sell out ,Market share, Coverage, Mix & SOW across MBO universe of Gujarat. * Expertise in Channel management. * Excellent Market knowledge & Channel connect. * Excellent Communication & presentation skills. * Expertise in Account management skills (RD,VAT1&T1). * Experience in managing & reviewing a team of field force executives to deliver various distribution matrices. * Rigor to track & achieve - Mkt share, ND/WD matrices on regular basis. * Excellent Product Knowledge. * Manage channel partner relationships and ensure that they have adequate support on Lenovo products. * Good interpersonal skills & ability to interact with various stake holders( Product, Marketing, Vertical) within the organization to ensure fulfillment of channel objectives.
