Position Description:
Lenovo is the fastest growing PC brand in the Philippines and the Consumer Retail Manager will report to the Consumer Lead, as part of the strongly growing consumer business organization.
The role will be responsible for all retail based sell-out activities of the company across Lenovo Consumer PC's and has to assure that all targets in regards to net revenue, growth and profit will be achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve / overachieve quantitative and qualitative targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Co-work with Account Managers to develop programs and business plans for revenue streams, created uniquely for each key partner retailer
• Monitor partners’ Sell-in / Sell-through / Sell-out and inventory, provide reports to sales management and take appropriate measurements / actions to avoid risk situations
• Lead the gathering of market intelligence data so as to provide update of market advances, competitive threats, ensuring timely and correct business reports and forecasts
• Management of sales promoters, to ensure they are well equipped with product knowledge/focus/promo and achievement of sales target
• Management of merchandisers, and ensure all retail branches have optimum brand visibility and best exposure
• Maintain close cooperation with the Marketing Team to ensure that all channel execution matches the market’s requirements and company’s direction in terms of needs and focus, syncing both offline and online strategies
• Take responsibility in growing Country market share for Consumer PCs vs. competitors (GFK)
• Maintain high-level professional relationships with owners and key employees of partner retailers

Position Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration preferably in Marketing, Information Technology or Business Studies
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in a Sales Position, preferably within Consumer IT industry
• Good knowledge of the PC Market and Retail sector
• Proven success in growing existing customer accounts and track record in Channel Sales
• Entrepreneurial personality and able to influence others
• Solid knowledge and application in using MS Office, in particular for MS Excel and PowerPoint in sales reporting & presentation
