Description and Requirements

岗位内容：

1、参与公司的公共架构组件的选型、开发、维护及优化

2、参与各核心系统性能、稳定性建设，能够给出可执行的优化方案；

3、参与推进服务治理落实到各个核心系统，能够主动驱动各个团队，协调团队，保证结果；

4、SDN控制规划，开发                                                                                                       

5、编排对接物理网络设备


任职要求：

1．5年及以上相关工作经验，具备大型系统设计、研发及维护经验；

2．熟练使用Java，熟悉JVM的原理和机制，熟悉JVM性能调优；

3．能够熟练使用SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MQ、Redis、DUBBO、Netty及各种分布式中间件，并能帮助团队选型及落地；

4．熟练掌握服务化系统架构，如服务治理、分布式链路追踪、分布式事务处理等；

5．具备良好的系统架构和技术规划能力，能够发现架构设计中存在的问题，并给出有效的解决措施和方法；

6．具备良好的团队合作精神和承压能力，结果导向意识及自驱力强，善于主动学习和思考。

7．熟悉路由器/交换机工作原理，熟悉NAT、VPN、Overlay等技术，具备Openflow、Netconf协议研发经验优先

8．熟悉SDN网络技术，最好能熟悉一种业界主流SDN控制器，如Opendaylight等网络控制器相关研发经验优先

9．熟悉Openflow、Netconf协议以及研发经验优先大型系统服务治理经验优先
