Description and Requirements

  • Responsible for providing best-in-class first line Data Analyse support to a global and Local Team.
  • Analyse the data and provide facts, analysis, trends.
  • Identify data mismatches, review the analysis with client and other stake holders.
  • Assist the organization in performing data compiling, analysis required to evaluate the given data.
  • Coordinate activities between business units, company associates and support teams.
  • Improvise / automate the current reporting process.
  • Coordination with internal teams to confirm the data the reports are correct.
  • Adhere to the QC process and make sure the SLAs are met.
  • Cross training other team members and update the latest developments.
  • Working relationship with Client, Suppliers, and team members.
  • Good at MS Office. Advanced Excel. Knowledge on any BI Tool is advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mentoring and monitoring team performance to ensure efficiency in process for meeting targets & daily reporting to Key Management group.
  • Identified Business requirements and providing support for process.
  • Prepare service reports
  • Support the governance team in conducting service reviews
