This growth needs coordinative and organizational support – from a senior specialist with experience in sales operations & strategy execution.
The EMEA GA SSG Sales Operations Analyst will support the Sales Leader of EMEA GA SSG to support with the daily execution of the business and help to build and maintain a robust, flexible and scalable BMS. This role requires a dynamic, highly-organized, data-driven individual, who is comfortable and effective at organizing leadership for business cadences and executive reviews in Lenovo’s Services Organization. The position will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, the Operations Analysts within and across Geos and Business Units to effectively drive communication, organization, and business efficiency.
As EMEA GA SSG Sales Operational Analyst you will
- Support daily execution of the business and help to build and maintain a robust, flexible and scalable Business Management System (BMS)
- Network and interact with colleagues from Sales-, Operations and Finance-Departments worldwide and within your geography
- Work with the EMEA GA SSG Sales Leader to communicate, monitor and deliver progress towards key strategic goals and identify potential barriers for growth
- Coordinate global and local initiatives to maximize their benefits to the SSG organization within EMEA markets
- Plan, prepare and execute together with the Sales Leadership for critical / key reviews
- Strive for a strong mindset of operational excellence, driving efficient and effective execution in a fast paced environment
- be facing a lot of data that will require verification, aggregation and visualization
Key requirements are:
- 5+ years of sales operations, business development or strategy experience
- Proven track-record of driving disciplined and effective execution in a multi-faceted / matrix sales organization
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and communicate clearly across the internal hierarchy
- Experience in a B2B sales-environment, ideally in very large or global accounts
- Ability to orchestrate a wide network of internal and external stakeholders and align them to pursue a common goal / strategy
- Fluent English is a key requirement
- A natural excitement, enthusiasm and skillset for working with a multitude of data points
