These are your detailed responsibilities:
- Responsible for E2E SaaS operation process for India + CAP countries
- Order management of SaaS/SW Products.
- Catalog management
- Strong effort to learn internal tools related to Software & cloud products to be able to run through orders, able to explain to internal sales and external customers.
- Strong self-effort to learning products & billing structures.
- Order management
- Refund/adjustment management
- Vendor Payment
- Billing/Invoice issue handling identify issues and lead to solving/fixing issue work with the billing team.
- In-Direct onboarding registration work for new business partners.
- Maintain/create/ Optimize operation materials internal/external for smooth & easy to understand operation.
- Cover any operational work for other countries during team members are on holiday/OaOF.
- Monthly active summary report submission based on the requirement.
- High Job performance based on KPI
- Team weekly report raise to team leaders.
- Ad-hoc work request from the team leader.
What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:
- 5 years or above candidates with in-depth experience in the sales operation process.
- Microsoft office skills - able to create reports and presentations and daily communication. (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Growth mindset and can-do attitude able to challenge new issues/tasks.
- Problem-solving and good communication skills in English, and other languages are a plus.
- Strong learning skills.
- preferably Candidates with experience in Microsoft Cloud Services (M365 and Azure) or software.
- Be an expert on internal/external systems & portals.
