Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

Business Performance

  • Own and lead all reporting for ANZ Ecommerce which includes weekly performance metrics for the eCommerce business.
  • Source data from multiple sources and create management reports to reflect business performance.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets including mining databases to produce actionable information to determine processes and trends that impact our customers, providers, and stakeholders
  • Drive automation in reporting using existing tools including enabling the team to make data-based decisions.
  • Lead all new analytical incubation products on behalf of the ANZ team working with WW Lenovo Analytics organization.
  • Facilitate and run the weekly Sales and Operations cadence, and planning sessions along with deep dives & workshops

B2B Sales Performance

  • Part of weekly & monthly Cadence with sales teams on performance vs commits.
  • Responsible for all Sales Target deployments, Preparation of weekly & monthly reports for reviews.
  • Host & drive the business cadence meeting to monitor and drive the performance of the sales teams
  • Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in opportunity/pipeline management (through MS Dynamics).
  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales team. Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
  • Track and analyze the performance based on customer segmentation
  • Manage / Analyze opportunities through pipeline management tools like Dynamics 365.
  • Review the historical performance of account segments and support building propensity models for quarterly planning
  • Provide commercial insight and advice to Management and Sales through routine and ad-hoc analytics including:
  • Customer Growth & Profitability, Sales Productivity, Coverage & RAD analysis
  • Territory reviews / Gap Plans
  • Set up and capture Quarterly sales targets & Attainment Calculations

  • Competent at basic database construction and query writing to self-serve information from a data mine

    • Flag potential issues to management and customers
  • Effectively transfer thoughts and expresses ideas verbally in individual or group situations
    • Confidently present to any management or staff level and effectively transfer a message

Requirement for the role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good working knowledge of pipeline management tools like SFDC / D365
  • Good exposure to working on BI tools
  • Very high proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Able to develop strong relationships with various stakeholders and ability to work with them
  • Able to work independently and meet requirements, maintains ownership, offers potential solutions, drive work to completion within specified timelines
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
  • Work under pressure
  • Relevant industries: PC / IT industry is an advantage
