The NA Sales Operations Specialist is a critical support role in the SMB Category organization. The person in this role provides reporting, pricing approvals, auditing, program information, and general support. This role has a cyclical component in which program updates, announcement letters, pricing grid updates are managed quarterly and semi-quarterly. Reporting is provided weekly, monthly, quarterly, and on an ad-hoc basis. Requests may come from the SMB Category Team, extended Lenovo teams, and Channel Partners. As part of being able to provide these different reports and support this Operations Specialist must be familiar with and proficient in using QlikSense, SQL Server Database and Oracle, and SAP. Any other experience with Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Sisense, will be very helpful. This position requires both organizational skills and flexibility.
