Description and Requirements
Position Description:
• Leads sales and customer relationship on Named accounts (defined Sales territory) for ISG products & services
• Definition and execution (lead execution) of main Sales strategy for Named accounts
• Develop and conduct account planning session with customer (in territory) in order to define main Sales strategy for each customer (on Sales territory)
• Pipeline management (drive Pipeline for Named accounts = Pipeline definition, progression and manage conversion rates in line with Sales Plans)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales teams and sales activities are successfully on execution
• Collaborate with Partner ecosystem to ensure sales execution (on Sales territory) in alignment with Partner Ecosystem rules and definitions (driving own Sales territory & strategy in line with sales plans)
• Engages with key stakeholders including Sales Leaders, Marketing, Sales Operations, Project Management, and People teams
• Continue learning and working with new tools and systems; able to work with subject matter experts to simplify sales execution
• Influence effectively without authority
• Effectively partners with the business in a way that brings energy and focus and move the business forward.
• Drive to achieve goals and make an impact on the business.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience working in a sales
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-velocity technical organization
• Passion for sales
• Understanding of the sales process and what it takes to be successful
• Crisp, compelling, and practical style of writing, editing, and speaking (Spanish & English)
